01 Designed Just for You

PLANNING & COORDINATION

Your dedicated account manager connects with your team to coordinate dates, locations, and logistics. We handle the details so Picture Day runs smoothly from the start.

ROSTER COLLECTION

We collect rosters and family contact information ahead of time, so Picture Day is organized and efficient.

CUSTOM MEDIA KIT

You’ll receive a branded media kit with ready-to-use digital flyers and social posts to share with families, so you don’t have to create anything from scratch.

FAMILY COMMUNICATIONS

We handle all family outreach. Families receive emails in the week leading up to Picture Day with reminders, what-to-wear tips, and everything they need to prepare.

02ON PICTURE DAY

EARLY ARRIVAL & SETUP

Our photographers and assistants arrive early to set up and prepare, so when the first student walks in, everything is ready to go.

STUDENT SESSIONS

We connect with and photograph each student in a timely, efficient manner, taking just the right amount of time to capture multiple natural expressions without slowing down your schedule.

STAFF & GROUP PHOTOS

We photograph staff portraits and class group photos as part of Picture Day if desired.

Your team stays focused on running the school. We manage check-in, flow, and any unexpected pivots, because your day shouldn’t stop for Picture Day.

03AFTER PICTURE DAY

GALLERIES DELIVERED WITHIN ONE WEEK

Every family receives a private online gallery by email within approximately one week of Picture Day. No waiting, no following up.

NO PAPERWORK FOR YOUR TEAM

Families order directly through their online gallery. Prints ship to their home or to the school – whichever you prefer. No money, no forms, and no extra work for you.

MAKEUP DAY

For schools with 60+ students, we schedule an on-campus Makeup Day approximately 2-3 weeks after the original Picture Day. For smaller schools, families can visit our studio for retakes.

Absolutely. We’re experienced in working within tight school schedules. Our photographers typically spend under a minute with each student, using that time intentionally to capture multiple natural expressions while helping each child feel comfortable and at ease. We scale our team to fit your enrollment and plan your day carefully so we stay on schedule without ever feeling rushed.

Yes. For schools with over 60 students, we offer an on-campus Makeup Day approximately 2–3 weeks after the original Picture Day. For schools with fewer than 60 students, families may schedule makeup photos at our studio.

Yes. We design each setup based on your campus, schedule, and preferences. We offer both indoor and outdoor options. Every setup is clean, simple, and intentionally chosen to complement your school’s environment and aesthetic.

We take this responsibility seriously. Student information is handled with care, and galleries are delivered securely to families. The software we use is SOC 2 compliant, meaning student images, contact information, and orders are protected to rigorous security standards. No. Families place orders after they see their child’s photos in their private online gallery: no prepay, no paper order forms, no money collected at school.

Parents receive a private gallery via email where they can view all images, choose their favorites, and order prints or digital files. Prints ship directly to their home or to the school, whichever you prefer.

All payments are completed securely online by credit or debit card. No money or payments ever pass through your school office.
