After Picture Day, you’ll receive an email from Studio W Portraits with a private link to your child’s gallery. Just click the link – no account or password needed. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@studiowportraits.com.

Galleries are typically delivered within one week of Picture Day. We know you’re excited to see the photos, so we prioritize a quick turnaround without ever rushing quality.

Not at all. There’s no minimum purchase and no package requirement. You’re welcome to browse your gallery and order only what you truly love, whether that’s one print or a full package.

No — and that’s intentional. You’ll see your child’s photos first, then decide what you’d like to order. No prepay, no surprises.

We offer a variety of print sizes, packages, and digital files. Prints start at $10, packages start at $24, and digital images start at $26.

All payments are made securely online by credit or debit card through your gallery. No cash, no checks, and no payments ever go through the school.

Prints can be shipped directly to your home or delivered to the school, depending on what your school has arranged. Digital files are available for instant download as soon as your order is complete.

Yes! Your gallery can be shared with anyone — grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends. They can view the photos and place their own orders, which will be shipped directly to them.

Please contact your school directly to find out if a Makeup Day has been scheduled. For schools with 60+ students, we typically offer an on-campus Makeup Day about 2–3 weeks after the original Picture Day. Families at smaller schools are welcome to contact us about scheduling a studio visit.
