About Us
It’s more than photos.
It’s how we make people feel.
At Studio W Portraits, we create standout school photography through an experience rooted in joy, connection, and excellence. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we’ve spent nearly a decade building something different — a school photography company that schools across the Valley actually love working with.
Our Mission
At Studio W Portraits, our mission is to create meaningful portraits and a joyful picture day experience that celebrates each child, supports each community, and reflects what makes every school unique.
We capture images that feel natural, personal, and true to every child and every school we serve. Because when the experience feels good, the photos do too.

What We Value
These values guide every interaction we have on your campus: from how we photograph each child to how we support your staff and families.
Meet The People Behind Picture Day
Behind every great experience is a team of people who genuinely care.
Led by our founder Whitney, Studio W Portraits has grown from a one-woman passion project into a team of photographers and creatives who love what they do, and love the people they get to do it with. Today we’re proud to serve 30+ school partners across Phoenix, Scottsdale and the Valley.
We show up to every campus with energy, intention, and heart. And here’s something that makes our team a little different: most of us are parents ourselves. We know the shows, the trends, the songs, and the silliness — and we know exactly how to spark those real, joyful expressions that families treasure for years.
Every photographer on the Studio W team is a trained professional photographer. We’re not just pressing buttons, we’re artists who are passionate about modern children’s portraiture, and we take that seriously on every Picture Day.
